Unhurried, in-depth discussions about nutrition, behavior, chronic conditions, or anything else about your pet — at home. Ideal for new owners, second opinions, or whenever you need a longer explanation.
A consultation does not require a sick pet. Many owners benefit most from one when their pet is well — to keep them that way.
Pick the right brand and type of food for your pet's age, body condition, and history. Discuss dry vs. wet, raw food, or special diets.
Pet too thin or obese? Discuss a realistic plan for portion adjustment, food type, and activity.
Cat peeing outside the box, dog with separation anxiety, newly adopted pet still scared — combined medical and environmental approach.
Diabetes, chronic kidney disease, skin allergies, joint issues — long discussions about ongoing management that often do not fit in a clinic visit.
Just adopted a kitten, puppy, rabbit, or exotic pet? Walk through the basics: food, vaccines, parasites, environment, grooming.
Already have a clinic diagnosis and want to discuss alternatives or get a deeper explanation? We are happy to be that second ear.
Consultations suit anyone with questions and a need for a discussion that is not rushed.
First-time cat, dog, or exotic pet parent. Many basics are easier to ask in person.
Pets with diabetes, kidney disease, allergies, or any condition that needs ongoing management.
Already consulted at a clinic but want a deeper discussion or another perspective.
Owners who take pet nutrition seriously — discuss brands, transitions, or special dietary needs.
A lot becomes visible only when the vet sees your pet's actual environment.
The vet sees your pet's space, the food on hand, the toys, the litter box, the bed — clues that get lost in a clinic visit.
Clinics are tightly scheduled. At home the vet has 45–60 minutes to truly listen and explain — not a rushed summary at the door.
For behavior consultations especially, a stressed pet at the clinic will not show natural behavior. At home, the vet can observe directly.
For nutrition consults, the vet can examine the brands you have, read labels with you, and give practical recommendations.
No app to download, no booking forms — just send a WhatsApp message and we handle the rest.

Chat on WhatsAppAn exam focuses on the physical examination of the pet (temperature, palpation, auscultation, etc.) leading to a diagnosis. A consultation focuses on in-depth discussion — physical exam still happens if relevant, but more of the time goes into Q&A and explanation. Not sure which fits? Just describe your need on WhatsApp and we will recommend.
For brief initial questions or simple follow-ups, we can chat on WhatsApp text or voice notes. For deep consultations (behavior, nutrition, chronic care), we strongly recommend an in-person visit — many things do not show on video call.
Often consultations are most productive when your pet is well. Many long-term issues (obesity, behavior problems, pre-diabetic conditions) can be prevented or addressed early through a nutrition and lifestyle discussion. Better to anticipate than react.
Yes. For exotic species (rabbits, hamsters, sugar gliders, reptiles, birds), we make sure the partner vet has exotic experience. Mention the species on WhatsApp.
Send them on WhatsApp or bring them physically to the visit — the vet will review them and use them to drive the discussion. Prior medical context makes the consultation far more productive.
